This charming apartment is perfect for a couple or family, located in the peaceful Kapparis area within walking distance of the beach. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The complex features three lovely swimming pools with a kids’ area and a bar, a gym, reserved private parking for our guests, and a tennis court. You’ll also find several excellent cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby.

The interior layout is cosy and stylish and has everything you’d need for a relaxing holiday. This includes air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an open-concept kitchen with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, and a spacious living room and dining area.

Living Room:
The air-conditioned living room features a sofa, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, and a dining area. The living room has patio doors that open onto a veranda where you can enjoy breakfast on a sunny morning or a meal with a glass of wine in the evening.


Bedrooms:
The two bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

- This is a smoke-free home. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarette butts in the trash (additional cleaning fees to remove odours and stains may apply if any signs or smell of smoke are found after the guest checks out).

- We do not allow guests to host parties or events in our home, unless agreed upon during the booking process. Please ensure that any additional guests leave by 1 a.m. We greatly appreciate your cooperation on this matter, as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.

- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
- If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
- Lost keys will incur a 25€ fee per missing key.
- No eating in either bedroom. Guests will compensate the host for any food or drink stains in the bedroom.
- Gym access is NOT included in the price.
- Indoor furniture must not be rearranged.
- Pets are welcome UPON REQUEST (additional cleaning fees may apply)
