The pools are also surrounded by a sun terrace for relaxation and a reception area. There is also private parking. You’ll be just a 5- to 7-minute walk from four beautiful sandy beaches with crystal-blue water and a short drive from many more along the Protaras coast.

You can easily get around Kapparis on foot or reach other tourist areas via the bus route located just 2 minutes away. The five beaches in Kapparis are all within a 5- to 15-minute walk, and the area also offers car and bicycle rentals as well as affordable taxi service. If you have a car, the location is car-friendly and offers parking at all beaches and restaurants.

- This is a smoke-free home. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash (Additional cleaning fees to remove odours and stains may apply if any signs or smell of smoke are found after the guest checks out).

- We do not allow guests to host parties or events in our home, unless agreed upon during the booking process. Please ensure that any extra guests leave by 1 a.m. We greatly appreciate your cooperation on this matter, as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.

- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
- If you break or damage anything, please let me know so we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that might attract pests. Our home is pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
- Lost keys will incur a 25€ fee per missing key.
- No eating in either bedroom. Guests will compensate the host for any food or drink stains in the bedroom.
- Do not rearrange the indoor furniture.
- Pets are welcome UPON REQUEST (additional cleaning fees may apply)
