    The three bedroom layout includes a private pool, generous outdoor space, sun loungers, a barbecue, and comfortable outdoor seating. It is an ideal setting for relaxed days at home.



    Inside, the villa feels bright and open. It is fully air conditioned and features a spacious living and dining area, a modern kitchen with a breakfast island, and all essential appliances for an enjoyable stay. The living space includes a corner sofa, a widescreen TV with many satellite channels, and free WiFi. Large patio doors lead straight to the pool. A guest WC is also on the ground level.



    Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third contains one single bed and a double sofa bed. Each room includes wardrobes and blackout curtains. All bedrooms have access to a shared balcony that overlooks the private swimming pool. A family bathroom serves this level.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A beautiful villa that exceeded all our expectations!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa. Our expectations were already high before arriving, but the villa honestly exceeded them. It was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The villa is very modern, stylish and at the same time incredibly comfortable and welcoming. All the rooms were beautiful, clean and very comfortable, and we immediately felt at home. We were especially impressed by how well equipped the villa was. Everything we could possibly need was already there. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and equipment, so we could have cooked a proper meal right away without having to buy anything first. There was a dishwasher, washing machine, everything needed for cooking, and so many useful little things that made our stay much easier and more comfortable. It really felt like a home rather than just a holiday rental. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome from Georgia. She had left snacks for us on the table, water and juice in the fridge, as well as coffee, tea, oil and other essentials. It was such a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. 🥰 A special thank you to Georgia, who was an amazing host. Communication was always very easy and she was incredibly friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever we had a question. We were also very grateful that, because of our afternoon flight, Georgia kindly allowed us to stay in the villa two hours longer on our departure day. This was arranged completely without any problems and was a huge help for us. 🫶🏽 Overall, we had an amazing stay and the villa truly exceeded our expectations in every way. It is beautiful, modern, extremely well equipped and has everything you need to feel completely at home. We would absolutely come back and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Cyprus. Thank you so much, Georgia, for your wonderful hospitality and for making our holiday so special! 🇨🇾☀️❤️
