"Very comfortable and convenient accommodation. Fleamarket right across the street next to the park. City center square is less than a 2 minute walk. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the hotel is excellent. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Yerevan. "

"We stayed here for one night. It was a good stay, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. However, our view was of an abandoned property and junkyard-like area, which didn’t give us a good feeling about our stay in this downtown area. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options and pastries, plus we ordered an Armenian omelet, which was included. I recommend staying in this hotel overall."
