Recepção Decepcionante

O Lugar é muito bonito, os quartos são bem aconchegantes, porém nosso ar condicionado só dava pra deixar em uma única temperatura (18 graus)…estávamos com crianças pequena e tivemos que usar o cobertor, em relação as refeições estão de parabéns, tudo muito bem feito, tanto no atendimento nas mesas quanto ao atendimento ao bar molhado estão de parabéns nota 10…infelizmente a nota negativa vem de algumas funcionárias da recepção, tratavam a gente com certa indelicadeza, coisas pequenas para resolver faziam cara feia, parece que não queriam estar ali, uma sugestão seria reciclar as funcionárias da recepção, pois dali vem o primeiro contato do cliente com o hotel.
