8/10 Very good! (4,254 reviews)
As a connoisseur of fine, high-stakes vacationing, I’ve graced many a RIU resort with my presence. Overall, the classic RIU DNA was firmly intact here: the food was absolute magic—I’m 90% sure the omelet chef is an unregistered wizard—and the service was delightfully adequate, given that the staff somehow managed to keep us all alive in a hotel that is actively attempting to return to the sea.
Which brings me to the resort itself. "Charming history" is a polite way to put it. "An ancient ruins simulator" is slightly more accurate. I strongly suspect the building was constructed during the late Jurassic period, and management has opted to leave maintenance up to gravity and prayer.
