We are the owners of two villas next door to each other, making this an excellent option for larger families or groups traveling together who would like additional space while still enjoying their own private accommodations. Your Private Outdoor Retreat
Our bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Facing the community swimming pool and tucked away from the street, the villa offers a peaceful and relaxing setting.

One of the highlights is the large, private, fenced-in terrace, complete with a patio dining table and comfortable lounge chairs. Enjoy breakfast or dinner outdoors under the canopy, unwind with a good book, or fire up the BBQ for a relaxing evening at home.

Comfortable Accommodations

The villa features comfortable new mattresses and quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Master Bedroom: Spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom.

Guest Bedroom: Choose between a king-size bed or two twin beds. Please let us know your preference when booking. This bedroom also has its own private en-suite bathroom.

Living Room: A comfortable queen-size sofa bed provides additional sleeping space.

A Pack 'n Play portable crib is available for families traveling with a baby.

The spacious living room features a beautiful wooden cathedral ceiling, creating a lovely, open feel. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a Bosch dishwasher.

An Incredible Location – Everything Within Walking Distance!

One of the biggest advantages of staying at our villa is its fantastic location. You can enjoy Paradise Island without the need to rent a car.

Cabbage Beach is just a short, easy walk away. This spectacular stretch of powdery white sand extends for approximately 3 km (nearly 2 miles), with beautiful crystal-clear turquoise water. It is truly one of the highlights of Paradise Island!

We provide two beach chairs for your enjoyment, and additional beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented at the beach or arranged through Rattle & Reef Rentals.

Along the way to the beach, you'll pass a lovely freshwater pond, home to turtles, fish and a bird sanctuary.

For those who enjoy walking or jogging, there is a lovely path along Paradise Island Drive, stretching from the Atlantis Marina towards Ocean Club Estates Golf Course.
