Needs to be renovated. It is run down. Service is terrible. Trays remain outside rooms for a day or so it seems before people pick them up. Asked for towels twice and they never came. There are better hotels to stay in Denver.

The Source just isn't what it used to be. The staff didn't seem as friendly, the hotel doesn't seem to be kept as well, and they started charging an extra $45/night for pets (every other time we've stayed at the Source, the wasn't an extra fee our dog). I think we're going to find a different hotel next time we travel to Denver.

"It was a nice hotel, clean, felt safe. Had a great view of the sunset. Area was pretty quiet. Bed was fine as was the room. Not a whole lot to do in parachute. It was a place to sleep. Not far from the highway. Parking was easy. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was fine."
