Located in the prestigious Universal Paphos area. Stunning ground floor apartment with private parking. You'll be close to everything you need when you stay in this central location.   
You and your family can enjoy all the attractions of Paphos 5-10 minutes away and then return home in a magical and quiet area, relax in the pool and listen to the chirping of the birds. When you leave the living room, you will enjoy a patio, a pool and a small, well-kept garden.  
 15 minutes drive from Paphos airport and the vacation begins ☺  
 ● 5 minutes walk from a small commercial center that has a supermarket, a gym, a hairdresser and more...   
● 20 minutes walk to the sea, mall, marina, cafes, bars and restaurants.   
● 5 minutes drive in a rented car. Public transportation that arrives very frequently near the property. In addition, you will enjoy private parking and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to make your vacation luxurious.  
 The master bedroom includes a double bed with a luxurious mattress.   
Children's bedroom with 2 single beds with comfortable mattresses. And of course a dining area and a living room.   
The shared space is very spacious so you and your family can enjoy it.
