"Front desk was terrible by any standards. Food was not good and there is no gym on property."

"Excellent location in Papeete. Walking distance to ferry and cruise terminal. Rooms were very comfortable with excellent amenities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Eateries all around the location. The only thing I would say is please leave/replenish sufficient coffee, tea, sugar and creamer."

"The hotel appears to be fairly new. The room smelt of fresh paint, clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchenette area was a good size. The location is approximately 15 minute taxi drive from the airport, which was perfect, especially with an early morning flight. The only disappointment is no onsite restaurant. Recommendations were suggested by hotel staff, with a mobile pizza stand just next door. If arriving late at night and travelling alone, you won't have far to walk."

"Great location close to cruise port and ferry port! Wish it had a pool and washcloths in the bathroom at least. Nice size rooms. Expensive restaurant and bar but similar to others in the area. "

"Check in was smooth hosts we’re proactive and always replied to messages straight away studio was nice and clean was a cosy little studio with a good size pool just wasnt in the best location and I was didn’t realise it was in an apartment complex as I thought the studio was in a normal property but that’s ok thank for having us"
