Loved the kon tiki cafe. Amelia, Khloe, and Leslie were fantastic. They are great assets to the company. Enjoyed all.pur meals there. Hotel is very quiet,clean and close to downtown

The resort was above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding - especially the fresh pastries and the omelette bar manned by Heinz. The snorkeling right off shore was fabulous. If we ever are able to return to Moorea, we will definitely stay at the Sofitel Kia Ora again!

Enjoyed our stay. We were only there for a layover before our cruise so we didn’t really use the amenities other than the fitness room (had all that I needed to get a good full body weight workout done), and the Algortherm Spa (we had a couples massage -well done-and used the steam room there.
The resort needs a little bit of a makeover. Honestly, if they just spruced up all the hallways that are brown/off-white with some brighter colors, I think that would do wonders.
The staff experience was phenomenal. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. Friendly and attentive staff is what truly makes a resort wonderful, regardless if it needs a little refreshening.
