Wifi, BBQ, swimming pool, paddle. Pleasant house with a living room with almost integrated kitchen, has a spacious hall. It has a main room with double bed of 1.50m x 2m with a bathroom en suite with shower and three rooms with a bed of 140x200 and a bathroom with bathtub. All on one floor. It has two parking spaces in the same building and two very large terraces with outside dining tables with chairs, sun beds, hammocks and a large umbrella with wonderful views of the mountains and the lake. In the urbanization there are swimming pool, paddle, social area, swings, basketball court, hand ball and soccer field. L’aération était satisfaisante et adaptée au climat bien qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, le salon et la salle à manger assez spacieux, et la terrasse extérieure est vaste. Les cheminées des maisons d’en face cachent un peu le paysage, mais les montagnes alentours sont bien visibles. Fatima était parfaitement à notre écoute et a répondu à toutes nos questions très rapidement et gentiment. Des raquettes de Paddle étaient à notre disposition pour jouer sur le terrain du complexe et nager dans la piscine ouverte de 10.00 à 20.00 face aux paysages magnifiques de Panticosa était fantastique !!! No pisan las pistas algunos días, los remontes son antiguos y lentos y hay incidencias al bajarse de los remontes. El apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotos. Un problema en una habitación que tiene una claraboya que cuando llueve el ruido del agua no te deja dormir. La casa cuenta con dos terrazas con unas vistas impresionantes. Esta situada a la entrada de Panticosa a 1km aproximadamente de la entrada al pueblo. Las zonas comunes de las urbanización son fantásticas, piscina, padel, parque de juegos, campo de futbol... todo muy bien cuidado. Hemos pasado unos días de esquí dos familias con niños, la ubicación te permite esquiar tanto en Formigal como en Panticosa. Dispone de dos plazas de garaje que acceden directamente a la vivienda. La vivienda situada en una urbanización cercana al pueblo de Panticosa y muy bien comunicada por un autobús gratuito que te acerca a las pistas de esquí o al pueblo, cuenta con todo lo necesario tanto en la cocina, buen menaje, como en los baños ( toallas, secador, etc). También dispone de garaje y habitación para dejar todo el equipo o equipaje. ##### JAVIER M. Está muy bien equipada y tiene unas vistas estupendas. La comunicación con Fátima ha sido muy fluida y ha estado pendiente de ayudarnos con recomendaciones de la zona y con todo lo que nos podía hacer falta. La casa es tal como se describe, completamente equipada y lujosa en espacio. Habitaciones amplias y con armarios. Equipamientos cómodos, tanto en cuartos de baño como la cocina. Fabulosas vistas a la Sierra de la Partacúa y noches estrelladas sin contaminación lumínica. Ambas se pueden disfrutar desde las dos terrazas. La urbanización dispone de equipamientos de toda clase, atractivos para todas la edades. Silencio y apacibilidad. Fátima, nuestra anfitriona, es encantadora. Proporciona información sobre el entorno y las actividades que pueden realizarse.
