"I called at 3pm for a shuttle at the airport which is 5 minutes away. I didn’t get picked up until two hours later. There is no water, only coffee in the check in area. There are no amenities. Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center
"Resort is great, friendly staff, clean rooms, water park is great, everything that you need is there. I like the most that it was not carpet in the rooms. Clean pools a lot fun stuff to do. Silent music Zumba class by the pools Relax time by the lobby. Kids enjoyed every minute there."
