Hotel was very clean and staff were great at sorting any issues. Slight reduced rating for two reasons - firstly breakfast was advertised as part of the package and still is but on arrival we were told this was not available. Secondly, we asked for an iron which is no problem at any hotel I have stayed in but nothing was available which is very strange when you are catering for people who have generally flown from afar to get there.

"Hotel is good. But restaurant was not open, only in winter they say. Do I class this hotel 4*. Not sure. I think it is better class bnb. No help with luggage to and from room. Shower not good, very little hot water. Nice clean room. No amenities in the hotel."
