Would be better with more towels, tissue boxes and if it was easier to get rid of garbage. We had 2 adults, 2 kids under 12, and one senior. We chose this spot so that the adults could have their own rooms and the kids could have their own beds but in the same room - all the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was less than a 5 minute walk from the pool area and other amenities. Condo was very clean and very cozy. We had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. Our family uses VRBO often for vacations and this spot was among one of the best ones we've ever had for our group. Make sure you have all your groceries, as they drive back to town is a windy roads. If you have someone with you that has mobility problems, this may not be ideal. No restroom on the main floor. Need a cover for the outdoor sectional because if it rains, then it takes a while to dry out. Sitting outside for the mountain views would have been more memorable, if we could have spent more time out there.
