PANORAMA MOUNTAIN RESORT Access to the Resort`s year-round hot pools, seasonal outdoor cool pool, outdoor tennis/pickleball courts, and a fitness centre/gym are included in your stay. Other amenities (such as ski passes) require additional admission fees.
LIVING ROOM: - Smart TV with Shaw Direct cable - Board games - Cozy seating to wind down after a day filled with activities with a pull-out sofa bed (all linens provided) - Double-sized pull-out sleeper sofa (all bedding provided.)
BEDROOMS Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

KITCHEN The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!)

PARKING You will have access to the first-come, first-served underground parkade (right next to the unit!), as well as street parking, for your vehicle(s.)

CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

Being in the Lower Village of the Panorama Resort, you`ll be slope-side for quick access to the 138 mountain trails via the Toby Chairlift. Whether you`re looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.
**STAIRS: Please note that this is a multi-level condo, with stairs required to access all living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms; therefore, this may not be the right fit for those with mobility issues.**

HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 9 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
