Great little pool. Rooms are small but nice. Beds were comfortable. I liked the dining area overlooking the garden and pool. The only problem with this hotel was the lack of customer service. The staff were all nice but were not very attentative. They would all leave and have breakfast leaving no servers during breakfast. Never seen that before. There should be rotation happening so the guests are looked after. There was no lunch or dinner service as there was no chef so that was a big disappointment. The staff could have offered drinks while lounging at the pool. Our room was not being cleaned so we had to remind them so we got water and toilet paper. The hotel is 5 min walk to the beach and about an 8 min walk to the restaurants along the main road. There are two restaurants in hotels beside Alona42. We did eat at the restaurant and the food is ok for the price. The complementary breakfast is also ok. As we lived on the ground floor, the window is rather small. ##### Zoe Stayed 4 nights in Feb 2019 ### 4/10 Poor #### Verified traveller 10 Dec 2018 Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 별로입니다 호텔스 닷컴 무료숙박때문에 이용하게 됐습니다. 다신 안갈것 같습니다. 방이 아주 습합니다. 대리석 바닥인데 미끄러질 정도로 습합니다. 청소가 제대로 되지 않습니다. 화장실 같은 경우는 세면대의 벌레가 그대로 있더군요. 수건은 딱 두장뿐입니다. 추가로 더 받을수 있는줄 알았지만 두장 이상은 안됩니다. 알로나 비치 근처라고 했지만 늦은 시간엔 교통수단 없이는 갈 수 없습니다. 벌레가 많습니다. 모기약 넉넉히 가져가세요. 저흰 화장실에도 방에도 부지런히 모기약 틀었습니다. 조식은 그시간에 자고 나가서 사먹는게 낫습니다.식당에서 보는 정원 풍경은 멋있습니다.. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### ヤス, 日本 4 Dec 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort #### アロナビーチに近い静かな宿 アロナビーチの西端から徒歩で5分ほど。 まわりは静かなので落ち着いて過ごせます。 レンタカー、バイク用の駐車場あり フロントを入ってすぐ脇のバースペースは 朝6時半から夜23時まで営業しています。 オーナーがドイツ系なのかメニューにドイツ語表記があり カリーブルストなどもあります。 朝食はコンチネンタル、アメリカン、フィリピンスタイルと 選択肢はいろいろあり200ペソ前後です。 夜は宿泊者が集まってきて一杯＆会話が弾んでました。 芝生の中庭を囲むように2階建てのコテージが並びます。 プールはありません。 部屋はミネラルウォーター、タオルはあるものの 歯ブラシ、ドライヤーはなし。 シャワーのみですがお湯に問題はなし。 部屋はこじんまりとしていますが 収納スペースが多いので 連泊しても部屋がきれいにつかえるのがいい。 バルコニーでは洗濯物干し用のロープと洗濯ばさみがあり。 そのバルコニーのイスを、宿の猫がちゃっかり占領していることも。 電気式のセーフティボックスが故障なのか？機能していなかったのが減点材料。 蚊取り線香につけるための火を毎晩貸してもらいました。 レストランが集まるエリアまでは徒歩10分～15分。 夜は暗いので足元を照らすライトがあったほうがいいです。 ##### ヤス Stayed 5 nights in Nov 2017 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Bouraoui, Tunisia 3 Nov 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Great place My friend and I spent 4 great nights at this hotel. If there was a problem they were straight on the problem. You can ask then almost anything and they would take the time to help.
