"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. "Overall a pleasant stay, but the 5-star rating feels closer to a good 4-star. Positives: great breakfast, stunning location by the Mediterranean with island view, large pool area with slides and activities for kids. Staff from reception to housekeeping were very kind and attentive, though they often seemed tired – maybe due to long shifts.
