"The room had non working shower, no toilet tissue no soap or any supplies including no coffee or tea bags. The toilet had cleaning tape but on opening WC there was a used toilet tissue floating. "Its far from the panchgani hub/market place. No shops nearby so if you dont have a car, gwtting basic things is a challenge. The non view rooms' windows open right on the road. "We stayed there in a tent room for a romantic weekend getaway. Starting from the check in to check out every aspect was terrible. The hotel staff did not care much about the comfort of the guests.
