Our family of 4 plus 1 dog had more than enough room. The house was very clean and cozy. The house is located minutes from the beach and the golf cart made trips to the beach so easy. Our stay at Dustin’s beach house was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning communication was great, the house immaculately clean, beds super comfy, great location close to a beautiful beach access that was never busy and plenty of shopping and great restaurants . The golf cart made trip to the beach a breeze. There were also beach chairs provided which is an added bonus for those of us who fly. House was very comfortable. The golf cart was a great addition to the house to access the beach as it is a few blocks away. Beach access with the cart was very easy. Kitchen was well equipped and we made a few meals which was nice. The living room and the kitchen are all in one big room so it was nice to be able to be together with the family while cooking. The house appeared to be fairly new with many upgrades. While we didn’t spend a ton of time in the house, the time we did was great. It’s a short golf cart ride to the beach, which was great. We had an awesome trip! Both the house and location are amazing! The house is immaculate and the beautiful beach is a short 3 minute golf cart ride. You can park the golf cart at the top of the walking path and walk right down to the beach no problem at all (we did it each day of our stay with a 2.5 year old and a 1 month old). The 6 person golf cart with the fold down back for all of our beach stuff was great. Dustin (homeowner) is also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. He is an excellent host. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back in the future! ##### Phillip "Michael" A. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this very comfortable house. It was very clean, and the beds had crisp linens-the owners have really taken every detail into consideration. We loved the small, quiet community, yet it was very close to Pier Park and 30A. The golf cart was great for getting to the beach access and we also enjoyed morning walks to the beach. This is truly great house located a very short golf cart ride away from the beach. The owner (Dustin) is on top of everything and a great communicator. The kitchen is very well stocked for all of your cooking needs. Also, the house is spotless. I wouldn’t have to think twice about booking this property if we were in the area again. The house is clean and very nicely decorated...just like the pictures! Everything is new and nicely appointed. We had everything we needed. The golf cart is WONDERFUL to have when going to the beach!
