The property was exactly as described. The host's communication was exceptional. She responded to all of our questions almost immediately. The property was exceptionally clean and included a bunch of little details that made the stay even better. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe walking to and from the beach (which was literally just about a block away and could be seen from the driveway). The backyard was very large and fully fenced in, so our dogs could roam around without us having to worry about their safety. The house was nicely decorated and felt much larger than the photos show. Once you stay in Laguna Beach you’ll never want to stay anywhere else in the PCB area. So quiet and a fraction of the crowds and traffic. We walked to Thomas’ Doughnuts each morning and to The Carousel, the cutest grocery store. Very accommodating, clean and well furnished and supllied. Our dogs loved the fenced back yard. Great location, very short walk to the beach. Very nice neighborhood. Comfy, quiet, cool spaces so close to the beach! Our kids loved having their own rooms; we loved having private spots at the covered picnic table and on the porch.
