From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. We were disappointed in the cleaning crew - or lack there of. We found kids swim trunks hanging up in one of the bedrooms. In our first night there we had to go to Walmart and get a mop and bucket and mop the floors as my crawling infants hands, knees and feet were black with dirt. We loved the condo but were not impressed with the cleaning of the condo. The condo owners are very responsive to any questions/concerns you may have. Of the 7 days we were there, PCB had double red flags 6/7 days and we could not get in the ocean. This is of no fault of the condo owners but was nonetheless frustrating as surrounding beaches were not closed. I believe PCB is being extra cautious with the number of drownings they have had - but something to be aware of when booking in PCB ##### Sam V.
