And they couldn’t find my reservation. The cable box didn’t work so I called the next morning after we tried everything we could think of. Called managing company and they said they’d get someone out there to look at it and we wouldn’t have to be there. No I be called or showed. My boyfriend ended up in ER and thought we were going to have to stay another day, I called to check and see if condo was available. Office was closed so I left message. Thankfully we didn’t end up having to stay. No one ever called. The condo was very nicely appointed and clean and great location. Also was first time I had to pay for parking instead of taking it out of the payment. The condo was dirty and didn’t look like anyone really cleaned it. Said it had a balcony but it was not connected to hotel like we wanted and it wasn’t private. The bathroom was really cramped. It was nice to be in a smaller building so the beach wasn’t crowded. Construction was going on so at some points people were placing boarding around the elevators we were trying to use which took longer for us to move around. Only two elevators for 200 something rooms. Very vague on instructions.
