    We had a lovely day my daughter and myself. We really enjoyed the of the beach from our room both bedroom as well as living room. We love the accessibility of the hotel on the beach and most of all the beautiful firework show said it all and I really enjoyed myself with my daughter and we will be back.

    Beach view from our balcony was amazing Room, Pool and common areas were clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Also liked the location. Property is in the process of renovating rooms and buildings which is much needed and when completed will vastly improve the feel of this property. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would like to return soon.

    Room very clean. After 2 days had to ask for towels and tp. The shower rinse off by pool...the ground...never cleaned....green algea growing... staff should/needs to rinse,wash that area every day...never was. That was my main complaint.

    The hotel is in need of updates. There was sand on the floor when we arrived and no broom or dust pan. No water pressure. Outside needs maintenance and thoroughly cleaned. Loved the staff and the view was awesome. Steps from the beach.

    The outside of property is in poor condition and the pool furniture is all broken and old luggage racks/carts all had flat tires,,check-in was past 4 and overall a nightmare,,trying to push those carts not easy they tip over stuff goes everywhere and the elevator made me nervous every single time I got on it…the air was cool in our room and had a full kitchen was nice, aside from the 4 house hold cockroaches and broken balcony chairs it was not horrible

    My husband and I here for our 11th wedding anniversary. First of all when we pulled up it was not giving “resort”. Check in was at 4pm and we had to wait on our room to get cleaned. We received our key card around 5:30pm. The balcony door did not lock, the beach view was nice, the front door had gaps on one side of it, you can literally see the daylight. The bathtub had a dark stain inside of it. And we killed to roaches inside the bathroom. There was not an iron, blow dryer or ironing board in the room. And (it clearly states that on the booking site)all of those items are available. I normally don’t write reviews but the roaches took me out!! We will not ever return!
