The Gulf views and ample indoor and outdoor space make this a perfect place to create those beach memories. \*Construction Notice: As of January 2026, all condo buildings are undergoing exterior restoration. Construction noises, workers, scaffolding and equipment may be present during your stay from building A, B or C.\* \*Construction will continue through the end of 2026 \* Stepping into this cozy, traditional condo, you'll start relaxing in the comfort it provides. The main living area has an open concept feel that allows you and your guests to enjoy each other's company easily. Hard wood floors, soft colors and traditional wainscoting run throughout the main living space. The dining table has seating for six with additional space at the breakfast bar for three. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counters. This is a great kitchen for whipping up a family meal when not enjoying one of the many restaurants along 30A. While the indoor living space is lovely, you can't help but be drawn to the balcony and its Gulf views. With a dining table for 4 and additional seating, the balcony is the perfect spot to start and end your day. The first guest bedroom has a king sized bed, soft pastel coloring throughout and an ensuite bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a tufted king sized bed with traditional decor. Waking up to views of the Gulf and access to the balcony are perks to any stay in this room. With an ensuite bathroom, any guest would feel pampered to stay here. The king size master suite is so expansive that it takes up one whole side of this beach condo. Check in was a little confusing-finding gatehouse, getting passes and finding our section of watersound took a while. Getting thru to maintenance was difficult. The condo exceeded expectations. It was prettier and larger in person than the pictures depict. The location was great. 10 minute bicycle ride to Rosemary. The unit has a private parking garage (1car), 2 parking spots total, garage had beach chairs (4+), bicycles (3), and I left 2 umbrellas behind. Only two minor knocks against. One, is the fridge had to be replaced when we were there so we went one day and night without a fridge but that is no one’s fault. The management was quick to remedy the situation. Two, the shortest walking path to the beach requires you cross waist-deep brackish water, a small tidal overflow river from a neighboring lake. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I will definitely stay there again. ##### John J. Walking distance to the Hub and the view was amazing. Only thing we were not expecting was having to cross water to get to the beach. Not an issue for us, since we did not have small kids, beach toys and all that stuff to haul to the beach. The condo was lovely with comfy beds, big bathrooms and fabulous views. Pool was nice, beach was nice too though we didn’t spend as much time there because we had a baby. If I had one complaint it would be getting to the beach you have to walk through about knee height of water which I didn’t quite know what to expect when I read the reviews until I saw it myself. But it’s doable unless you have a ridiculous amount of gear then it’s a pain. Overall still good that we would go back! ##### Nina L. The property was perfect for our group - from the beautiful interior design to the most comfortable King beds to SBA amazing view. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend New Year’s. The condo was well appointed with all the things you need on vacation - extra towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and lots of space to store what you may bring. Our property manager went above and beyond in my search for the brand of mattress on the beds. I slept so well and hadn’t been able to locate that during our stay. The condo was very clean, nicely updated, had amazing views of the beach and enough space for our family. I appreciated the garage and extra parking spot. There were many beach toys in the garage. View was amazing. Only draw back was walk to the beach with two little ones. Condo was comfortable and well appointed. All of the furniture was comfortable. There were only 2 of us but it would be comfortable for 6\. Many evenings spent on balcony with great views of beach and sunset. A cleaner, more comfortable chaise lounge on balcony would have been nice but that would be my only criticism. While there are many condos available in this area, it is hard to find one on an upper floor with such a nice beach view. It was nice to store our bikes and coolers in garage.
