Perfect view with great price!

Condo was clean and close to the beach. There were activities every night by the pool. Karaoke, live music, DJ and movie night.

Very nice Condo. Great location and nice property. Nice pool area and beach access. Could use some updates to appliances and furniture. Would definitely stay again and recommend for family vacations.

Awesome condo with amazing view

The condo was exactly as expected per photos. In a great location and the view couldn't be beat! Michael the property manager with extremely prompt and helpful the 1 time we contacted him. I would highly recommend this unit!

Nice room, location and views!

Overall experience in this unit was fantastic. We didn’t have any issues and enjoyed our stay. The property manager Michael was great to work with and checked in on us before check in and got in contact with us soon after the housekeeper left. We truly enjoyed the location and all the amenities of this unit. I highly recommend this property.

Edgewater fav

Edgewater is our favorite resort in PCB. The pool can’t be beat. Other than the pool the parking, location, beach front, etc are all perfect. Larry’s condo has a great view of both the pool and beach. Beds were comfortable, linens were ample, bathrooms very nice, kitchen is small but more than adequate, plenty of seating and a plus was the Roku TV’s.

Clean and comfortable

Great unit. Communication with owner/manager excellent. Unit is a bit dated but it’s as described and worked just fine for us-family of 5 in town for softball. Beautiful view of the pools/gulf. Proximity to ballparks and attractions is excellent, and it’s right on the beach. Clean and comfortable. Would absolutely rent again.

Dance Nationals for Daughter

Very good for the price!!! My daughter’s dance nationals were held at the event center located at the resort, so staying at the resort was a must. It took us about 5 minutes to get to the event center from the condo!!! Everything was exactly as it looked in the pictures!! We had a great time and will book again if we go back to Panama City Beach.

Another Great stay with Larry and Mike at the Edgewater condo.

Larry and Mike make everything painless. This was our fourth year in the condo at the Edgewater. We have already booked for 2025. My wife and I really enjoy Panama City Beach and the Edgewater. It makes all the difference in the world the promptness with which all our questions are addressed. We live staying with Larry and Mike, we will be back.

Month of Sun!

We had an awesome time! Michael is the best and is available for anything you may need. Checking in was great, no issues. The grounds of Edgewater are beautiful and clean. You won’t get a better view. Waking up each morning and having coffee on the balcony with that view is priceless. The condo itself needs to be updated and cleaned. The kitchen has everything you need, pots, pans, dishes,utensils, etc. The beds are comfortable but the living room sofas are very uncomfortable and old. We still had a very good time. The weather was perfect and really enjoyed the many restaurants.

Awesome location on the property. My 3rd year at Edgewater and staying in Tower 1 is now my definite choice. The Lagoon pool is immediately outside the building along with beach access. The connecting bridge to the convention center is right next door. Easy to trot back and forth (don’t need the trams) to the convention center for my dancer’s week long competition. Took less than 10 minutes to go back and forth with my hands full each time.

My family stayed here for a week. The condo was as advertised. It was clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. The balcony view is amazing! Large pool and beach are close and convenient. Overall it was a great experience! Would definitely stay here again.
