Sunbird 509West, is the perfect condo for a small family vacation( for four)or a getaway for two! Inside, this adorable1 Bed/1 Bath gulf front condo has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay at the beach. It is in a very popular area of Panama City Beach, on Thomas Drive next to the famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant....in fact you can watch the customer eat the Jack Daniels ribs from the balcony of this unit! Hang out in the living room and watch the waves and sunsets through the large floor to ceiling window that over look the west pool and the beaches, or enjoy an evening on the private balcony, complete with chairs, breathtaking sunsets and endless gulf views. The fully equipped Kitchen provides granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances, cookware and all your cooking utensils.The Bedroom has a queen size bed, night stands on each side with lamps that are wall switched. We also have a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.The Bathroom has a granite top vanity, Medicine cabinet and full size Tub and Shower combo. Sunbird Condominiums is within walking distance to several more restaurants, shops, miniature golf, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, and Walmart. Book your prefect get-a-way now!
*** Access to the beach from the west pool gate, center pool gate, or east pool gate… you must use a gate code to exit the gates to the beach and then again to re-enter the gates back onto the property! I will email you all of the gate codes and condo door condo prior to your arrival…
** All guest are required to purchase a resort pass $35.00 and Armbands $6 for each person over 10 years old. Both good for your stay. These items are to be purchase through a Park n Spot Link, that I will be sending you prior to your arrival….you can pay with credit card…The security guard does check the vehicle's on site during rounds for the parking permit. Also at least one of the guest is required to be at least 25 years old, this is a Sunbird Rental Requirement!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was extremely clean and was exactly as pictured. The location was awesome in a little bit less busy area. It was quiet and convenient to Pineapple Willy’s which was right next door. I would definitely recommend this property and were already planning for our next visit.

The property was clean and well stocked with all necessities. Fay was also amazing to us when we had an issue with a door handle. She was easy to get ahold of and offered to fix it right away. We had the best time and would definitely recommend.

A much needed getaway

This was my first trip back to Panama City Beach after the sudden loss of my fiance. Panama held the most beautiful moments and memories for us. I enjoyed this trip so much. My view was awesome, the unit had everything I needed. I enjoyed the pool and visiting on the beach even with the crowds. Thank you for an amazing visit.

We loved this property! Great location to just about everything. Pineapple Willys is right next door and very convenient for drinks while on the beach! The condo was very nice and updated. My only suggestion would be a bigger bed, but my husband and I are used to a king size! Lol. Overall it was great and we didn’t want to leave!

Family Vacation

Loved our stay! Communication was clear and check in and out was very smooth. The condo was super clean and smelled good upon arrival and had everything we needed as far as linens and kitchen utensils. The beach isn’t as crowded in front of the Sunbird as some of the other condos we’ve stayed at in the past and the pools were very nice as well. The location of the Sunbird is perfect! Being right beside Pineapple Willy’s is an added bonus, we were able to use the side gate that’s connected to it to walk right over for dinner each night and not have to fight for parking. Definitely recommend staying here!

Beautifully decorated room, clean, comfortable furniture, bed was super comfortable as well. The host, Fay, was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Private balcony, great view from the 5th floor. No waiting for the elevators and plenty of parking. Love Sunbird! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful little place with great view of the beach, three pools, centrally located, clean!! The main downside was the dark vinyl decking around the property and to get to the beach was literally blistering hot all the time. First day, i blistered the bottom of my feet in mere minutes and watched a small child scream as they were placed down onto it. There should be a sign warning people about just how hot it can get. I have never experienced that down in PCB before, so it never even occurred to me that it would get THAT hot. But all in all, we lived the place and will definitely go back
