Very spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs. Loved that the complex is gated and code accessed. The area is more laid back and family oriented, which is exactly what we needed to recharge. Pool and hot tub where very nice and clean also. Enjoyed the deck going out to the beach for sunsets. We did have a problem with the hot water in the 2nd floor shower. It wouldn't get warm at all the entire time we were there. The location is great because it’s much less crowded than other parts of PCB. We love how close you are to the beach and pool. Overall we had a great stay. There were a few cleanliness issues. The floor could have used another mop. There were some things left by the previous guests still in the room, and the whole condo was very dark. Brighter lightbulbs would have really helped! Biltmore Beach was a perfect rental for our family. The beach at the high rise condos are just way too crowded. The location is so convenient to grocery and shopping. Also, if you go deep sea fishing, you’re only minutes away from Captain Anderson’s marina. Oh yeah, have breakfast at Jessie’s Place. ##### Jason M.
