The staff is bilingual - English and Spanish, and very helpful, especially Eric and Kevin. Our room was small but comfortable and clean. The free coffee and tea was a great benefit. Great location close to the metro, restaurants and a supermarket. Also very safe neighborhood.

Nice economical spot, close to fine restaurants and shopping. Staff very friendly. Eddie, one of the clerks, was super helpful and spoke fluent English. Made our stay enjoyable. Next time I'm in Panama City I plan to stay here.

My first trip to Panama and this was a great introduction. The front of the house staff was friendly and the housekeeping was beyond that - I looked forward to seeing them daily! They were fun! The location was great - a couple of blocks from the Iglesia del Carmen Metro stop. Great exploring on foot and extremely reasonable Uber rides abound! The only less than desirable mention is the noise. It wasn't excruciating, just annoying at times. The floors and hallway walls are tiled so noise carries quite a bit - from people talking loudly to doors slamming - just a little annoying. We all know that happens in every hotel but this seemed a little more than that. I would guess my room location had some to do with it and they would be happy to accommodate if possible. I did not opt for the breakfast option but based on what I saw, I definitely would next time. Its a good deal. Great location - very budget friendly - great staff. I would stay there again!

The front desk clerk at the check in time was helpful and friendly, all other front desk clerks were not. The room was ok for one night only, but the whole property needs a lot of maintenance. The street is very noisy, which should be considered by people sensitive to noise at night. Overall the experience was a 4/10.

Les chambres ainsi que les salles de bains sont sales, l'odeur de moisi persistante est très désagréable en plus d'être malsaine. Heureusement le personnel est agréable et souriant c'est le seul point positif de cet hotel
