Near the hotspots but not too close. Located on a dead end street so very little traffic. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs & is private and perfect for folks who don't want to climb stairs. The location was great, very close to the beach access point. It was never extremely crowded on this end. The house was very nice upstairs. The bottom floor is great for couples. This place had plenty of room and was so close to the beach. There is a great view of the ocean from the upstairs deck. It was a closer walk to the beach than having to wait on elevators and dredge past the pool to get to condo beach access. The beach was never crowded either!
