The main living area has an open concept feel that allows you and your guests to enjoy each other's company easily. Hard wood floors, soft colors and traditional wainscoting run throughout the main living space. The dining table has seating for six with additional space at the breakfast bar for three. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counters. This is a great kitchen for whipping up a family meal when not enjoying one of the many restaurants along 30A. While the indoor living space is lovely, you can't help but be drawn to the balcony and its Gulf views. With a dining table for 4 and additional seating, the balcony is the perfect spot to start and end your day. There is a large amphitheater where you can find musicians playing one night to college game day football on a projection screen the next. It wasn't packed like most of the other beach areas. The condo itself is well stocked and very nice. We had teenagers with us and they had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The loved biking to the hub for coffee and ice cream. The condo has a great stock of bikes, beach towel, starter pack and beach chairs. The only downside is the walk to the beach is far. There should be a bridge walkover like the others have in order to walk to the beach. We had to take a long route to another walk over to go to the beach. The walk was nice but not considered ā€œstepsā€ to the beach. The other issue was the AC. The sign said not to set the AC lower than 70 degrees because it could freeze up. The master bedroom stayed warm due to all the windows in there. We had to use the fan they had available. The bicycles they had for us were great but the code they gave us for the locks didnā€™t work. I called the office and they were prompt about coming out to fix it. All in all, itā€™s a lovely place but there are some issues that need to be addressed. ##### Donna k. This condo is very spacious with comfortable beds and lovely furnishings. Well equipped with beach things including toys, shovels, nets, umbrella, chairs and a wagon to haul all these things. Sand dunes of sugar white and emerald green blue water did not disappoint! The grounds were just beautiful, so much exploring. We loved our boardwalk walks to the pools and Gulf. Perfect size for our family. So lovely having coffee on the deck every morning. It is a hike to the beach- I wish the designers of the dune walks would have consulted me first. ;-). I donā€™t want to belabor this point as it isnā€™t the fault of the property owner and Iā€™m sure the design took into consideration the preservation of the beautiful dunes. The condo was spacious and beautiful. The best part about the condo is the viewā€¦amazing views from the living, master and guest bedrooms. We sat on the porch for our morning coffee after a walk on the beach each day, and had dinner on the porch each evening. The furniture was updated compared to the photos on vrbo; modern decor, lovely. Dune Vacation Rental was super easy to work with and Laura was extremely helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was well maintained, and the setting was soooorelaxing. When at the pool, we noticed sound from a few other condos near the pool (music, loud talking) but that sound from didnā€™t carry to our condo, which was great. We were there during a busy week but it was quiet compared to other parts of Watersound. We loved the beach. Overall, a perfect vacation. Highly recommend. ##### Michelle A. Morning coffee on the balcony with the sound of the ocean and the view was the perfect way to start the day. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Management was very approachable with any questions we had. The condo comes with three great beach chairs, a beach wagon and three bikes. We rented two umbrellas and two chairs that were set up for us by the chair rental company and waiting for us each morning on the beach. It was a perfect set up with the three chairs that came with the condo. The beach at the condo is lovely and only used by the condo owners/condo renters so feels very private. The dunes in front of the condos are protected so there are two boardwalks to get from condos to beach that bypass the dunes. As in any beachfront rental in this area it is about 1/2 mile to walk from condo to beach so the beach wagon comes in very handy. The pool just outside the condo is also very pretty with comfortable loungers and two grills that can be used at any time.....first come, first serve. Perfect family beach vacation! ##### Tracey B. We loved the condo, and were surprised to find beautiful new leather and marble furniture when we arrived (the photos on this site show different furnishings). The view from the living room, the balcony, and the 2 master bedrooms is a beautiful panorama of the surf and the dunes. We loved the privacy of the beach and at times were some of the only people out there, and we appreciated how close the condo was to the Hub.
