Ocean Reef 2101 offers 10' ceilings and 8' interior doors and is a corner unit providing fabulous coastline views of the Emerald Coast. Our beautiful condo includes two free beach chairs and one umbrella for each day of your stay! The beach service is seasonal and operates from March 1st to October 31st. Come relax on the beach, take a nap, enjoy the sound of the waves, and de-stress! Situated near the prime intersection of Front Beach Road and Nautilis Street, this PENTHOUSE series END UNIT with a huge balcony has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and has breathtaking Gulf-Front views that will provide memories of a lifetime. There is something for everyone at Ocean Reef Resort. The Condo overlooks 330 feet of sugar white beaches and emerald green water on the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the spacious private balcony that has been tastefully decorated for outdoor meals and relaxation while enjoying 20+ mile views of the coast. Ocean Reef offers: A gulf-front, outdoor, swimming pool; adjoining hot tub; separate indoor heated pool; cardio-fitness room; steam room; and sauna. Additionally, you will have your own assigned parking space near the elevator that allows for easy access to and from your unit without the hassle of long walks to your car or wasted time searching for parking during your stay. The kitchen features upgraded granite countertops / breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and an adjoining dining area. Mini golf, coffee shop, donut shop, grill, arcade, and new Alvins Island gift shop are just across the street. We enjoyed relaxing pool size as well as being right on the beach. We walked many nights no more than a mile to dinner. We also easily walked to ride golf carts and play mini golf. The 5 of us enjoyed our stay in this lovely 4 bedroom condo and the location was perfect for most a 7 min drive to Pier Park, several nice restaurants within walking distance and for shopping there is a Wal-Mart and Target minutes away. We found Greta’s Beach Rentals so accommodating. We had a very large 8 seater rental vehicle and they provided the best spot for us to park. We also had an issue with our TV..not being able to locate a particular channel and after making a phone call they called us right back and talked us through and the issue was sorted. If we return next April we will definitely request Ocean Reef 2101 if it is available. I need to add that the security and maintenance staff are very friendly! ##### Kathleen N. We ended up having to go up and down 21 floors many times. It was rough. However, the property manager, the real estate agent, the security guard, and the maintenance crew were all wonderful. They will be refunding our trip because of the elevator inconvenience. They were easy to get a hold of and the sent someone to help us bring our luggage down the day we left. The Owner, Greta was very prompt to answer any emails I sent. The location is wonderful-close to everything as well as right on the beach. However, the elevator issue is absolutely horrendous. Three elevators for the complex but only one working at a time and it is so overloaded, it was making noises, slow to respond, and very frightening that we were going to be trapped. Three different occasions it wasn’t working at all and we had to use stairwell-our unit was on the 21st floor so that was a nightmare. During peak times-wait time for the elevator was at least 30 minutes. Very frustrating considering the amount of money we paid. We will NOT rent from Ocean Reef in the future. ##### Jeff D. Being a corner condo made the view even more incredible. The location was perfect. Steps to the beach, restaurants, activities. The manager was very helpful. Got us a brand new Keurig which was a special touch. A few issues with cleaniness, but overall lovely. However, you can surprisedly hear the people above you, even with white noise machines. Whoever was renting above us, had small children doing laps very, very early in the morning. Dragging chairs across the floor, banging things. Woke us all up, before 8am every morning. This may not bother you, if you're an early riser or depending on the surrounding renters. I realize this isn't anything the manager can do, but I feel the possible noise is something potential renters should know about. Also, less than 3 hours before we arrived we were called and told even though VRBO took our AMEX for payment, they did not and they needed a different form of payment in order for us to stay (we were in the car, hours away on the day if check in). To me, that was very strange. Felt a tad shady. Luckily we had another credit card with us in the car and gave it to them while driving. If they truly don't take AMEX, that should be listed in the listing. ##### Karen K.
