With its calming beach-inspired aesthetic, this spacious home invites you to unwind the moment you walk through the door. The first floor features an open-concept layout, ideal for quality family time. The living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen flow seamlessly together, with a half bath for convenience. Step out onto the back porch, which opens to a peaceful green space and walking path, a serene setting for sunrise coffee or a sunset cocktail. Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find the laundry room, a cozy bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and two master suites, each with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom perfect for added comfort and privacy. The third floor offers even more space to spread out, including a guest bedroom with a king bed and another guest room featuring two full-over-full bunk beds, both with their own ensuite bathrooms. A large third-floor deck completes the space, ideal for sipping your morning brew or winding down with an evening drink. With room to sleep 16 guests comfortably, Casa de Cousins is the perfect backdrop for unforgettable beach vacations. Create cherished memories and start a new family tradition at this relaxing coastal getaway!  
  
Seacrest Beach Community is perfectly nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach on Hwy 30A. This luxury development offers an array of amenities including deeded beach access just across the street, a huge 12,000sqft community lagoon pool, an amphitheater, seasonal tram service to the beach or pool, and 1.35 miles of walking trails! The convenient location is within walking distance to world class dining, spas, wine bars, and many wonderful locally owned shops! Come see why friends and families vacation at Seacrest Beach year after year!   
  
\*Parking passes will be provided equal to the number of bedrooms in the home. Not all parking spots are located directly by the home. Additional passes may be purchased for $50 each. Wristbands are required for use of the Seacrest Beach amenities and are limited to the maximum occupancy of the home. \*

Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted seabed. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
