This charming 1-bedroom condo located in the heart of PCB can comfortably sleep 4 people and with owners permission 5 with babies and other special circumstances. Please message us with your request. This unit offers more than just a stunning view of the Gulf of America, it comes with built-in hallway bunks, perfect for accommodating guests or creating a cozy nook for the little ones. Along with top of the line upgrades such as shiplap. Located just steps away from the sandy shores, this haven is also conveniently close to shopping and eateries, ensuring that you're never far from the vibrant pulse of PCB. Immerse yourself in the serenity of Gulf views from your private balcony.   
  
Turtle Cove is ideally located 5th floor of the newest high rise, family friendly resort in Panama City Beach, guests will enjoy a heated pool year around at 83 degrees with private cabanas and beach access within 200 yards. A Ring security camera is located outside the front door. No other cameras are on the property.

Turtle Cove boasts a roomy living space with a private balcony with seating to enjoy a view of the pier and beach. There is one kingsize bed, a set of twin bunks, and a sleeper sofa to sleep a max of 4 and 5 may be allowed for babies and special circumstances. Please message us your request). Two full bathrooms, one with a walk in shower, are available along with a full kitchen, dining area, bar seating, washer and dryer, smart TVs and WIFI.   
  
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree that a $250 damage deposit hold will be placed on the Primary renter's credit card 2 days prior to arrival and then released 2 days after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed due to owners high allergies and disturbing neighbors with noise.   
  
Parking at Calypso is located in a covered garage. Guest must register and pay $60 directly to the resort as part of the resort's standard procedures; this includes parking for one vehicle. Wrist bands are not required for children 12 and under but a parent/guardian with a wrist band must be present while children are in the pool.   
  
There is nowhere quite like Calypso Beach Resort, a three-tower resort with its own parking garage and covered walkway between them. It is the most prime location in Panama City Beach, directly beachfront and the closest resort to the amazing Pier Park featuring many popular restaurants, shops and the 20-story high Sky Wheel. This place is guaranteed to transform your family vacation into an unforgettable and relaxing getaway.

Spend a day at the Park or rent a pontoon to see both from the water. Boating and dolphin tours are abundant--be sure to check out the Sea Screamer. And there are a multitude of putt-putt and go-kart locations as well as attractions like Gulf World, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks.
