    This amazing vacation home away from home is both exquisite and functional. The family room, along with the incredible views of the Gulf, features stylish and comfortable seating, a 42-inch TV, and a dining room set. The queen sofa bed adds additional sleeping capacity. The well-equipped kitchen also boasts beautiful views of the beach, allowing you to prepare dinner with this stunning backdrop. It is a testimony to form and function with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.



    The primary bedroom is furnished with a bed, a TV, and an adjoining bath with granite countertops, dual sinks, a soaker tub, and a glass shower. There is also a set of bunk beds in the condo, plus a sofa bed. Additional amenities include a full-size washer/dryer, cable, and free WiFi.



    This getaway is ideally located in the Aqua Beachside Resort and right on the sugary white sand of the Panhandle. The complex offers fantastic amenities in a lush tropical setting. Living up to its name, Aqua offers two heated pools, a hot tub, fountains, and water gardens. There is also a poolside café, a spa, and a great kid's program (Kid Haven at the Aqua). Within walking distance from Aqua is Pier Park with outstanding restaurants and fabulous shopping.

Liked: Location
The decor is nice on the inside but the condo smelt of mildew, the guest bathroom didn’t have hot water. We were having problems with the ac unit and called but never heard or see anyone to address the issue, and it was 83 degrees in the condo. Also over half the lights did not work. The kitchen is nice and clean. It was clean in the whole condo it just smelt like mildew. View is great. The pool was okay, nice it had a shaded area.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
We arrived to the condo very late in the evening. The condo was not clean. All of the previous reviews about the lack of cleanliness were correct. The master bed headboard had dirt, grime and what appeared to be chocolate on it (see photos of how dirty the Clorox wipes were after I cleaned it). The mattress pad was covered in urine. All of the baseboards, cabinets, and literally any surface that wasn’t the toilet or main floor area were covered in dirt. The light fixtures and vents had thick dust on them. I received several phone calls and they did change the linens but was not offered any sort of discount and all requests for someone to clean were ignored. Be prepared to buy your own cleaning supplies.
