Just a 2 block walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to Thomas` donuts, 2 miles west of pier park, and a 15 min drive east of 30A, this beachy surf shack style condo is a perfect place to unwind and soak in the sun! 3 queen beds including a pull-out sofa bed, 3 smart TVs, wifi, and a spacious deck are just a few of the ammentities that the surf shack has to offer! Come sea us in PCB!
