  • Welcome to Southern Comfort in the Prominence community located on 30A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This chic 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is the perfect venue for family and friends. Easy access to the beach via golf cart, bicycles, or the free shuttle provided during peak months. This home has a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, Full over Queen Bunk, sleeper sofa in Living Room, Wifi, TVs in every room, and a shiny NEW 2020 golf cart.

    Perfect for family vacations or getaways with friends. This cozy and comfortable townhome is within walking distance to The Hub where outdoor fun, shops, restaurants, and live entertainment await you!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We loved the location and the provided golf cart to get around easy and enjoy! The host was very friendly and accessible when we had questions before and during our stay. We would recommend this property and stay there again when we head back!

Loved the property. Just as described! And with access to the hub/the big chill my teen daughter was satisfied. Which is almost impossible. Very clean and cozy condo. Easy access to beaches, especially with shuttle provided by property . Would stay again.

This rental was a great example of "what you see, is what you get" in the best way possible. It was the perfect space for us and we didn't need anything that wasn't already there. The location was great and I'm sure once the Deer Park beach access opens back up it will make it even better. We enjoyed the golf cart and found it super useful. We can't wait to come back!

Great family beach getaway on 30A

Enjoyed a perfect, long week at the beach! Pool is great for kids, we went at least once a day especially with the bonus golf cart back and forth to the pool was extra easy. Beach was beautiful and when Deer Lake state park access is open will be even better, we’ll definitely be back!
