From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The location couldn’t have been more convenient — it was just a very short walk to both the beach and the convention center, which made everything super easy whether I was headed out for meetings or just looking to relax by the ocean. There was even a transit service offered that made the short walk to the beach even quicker, which was a great bonus. The condo itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. It had some really nice updates that made the space feel modern, comfortable, and inviting. Everything was clean and well-appointed, and it had all the essentials for a stress-free stay. Plus, it’s close to restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment, so there was always something to do nearby. I didn’t need to drive much, which made the trip feel even more like a true getaway. Overall, this condo was a perfect mix of location, convenience, and comfort. The updated kitchen and baths were a big plus. Plus having the Keurig coffee maker already there was a bonus. We spent the money for the monthly golf and enjoyed at least twice a week golf. The activities are good. Water aerobics (in a heated pool) kept us moving. Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It has been nicely updated and was equipped with everything we needed. It is a short walk to beach, but the tram was very nice for elderly or those who wore themselves out on the beach.
