    Front and center beachfront views overlooking the Gulf abound at this incredible, 11th-floor condo! Boasting the largest floor plan that the complex has to offer, the condo showcases panoramic views from its prime location in the center of the building. Walk right down to the beach or indulge in fabulous on-site amenities multiple pools, shuffleboard, and tennis courts. While you'll find plenty of restaurants nearby the condo also includes a well-equipped, full kitchen to handle all your at-home meal and snack needs.



    Things to Know

    Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

    Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

The room looked just like the pictures. For the price, it was great and really no complaints. Communication beforehand was very slow but during the stay it was prompt. The room was equipped pretty well. Plenty of towels and there were paper towels, toilet paper, etc waiting there for us which was nice. The only thing I never could find was a broom and dustpan. That would’ve been nice to sweep up the sand while we were there. The kitchen table chairs were pretty wobbly so we tried not to use them. Beds were comfortable and clean. Some extra blankets would be nice since it was pretty cold this week. Plenty of pillows and places to sleep. The twin bed has a trundle underneath which was great for our group of 5. Overall, we loved the stay and would book this room again for a small group.

Room was how it was stated in the photos. As we arrived we walked into a 89 unit. Air conditioner was not working. Called the host they contacted property manager to see about having the issue resolved. Took the entire first day to get a response. Communication was slow an terrible. As we went through the tv in the living area was not working. The fridge did not cool. It took the first two days for the fridge to cool down. Then off to the shower after being on the beach all day to discover the knobs are very loose and hard to turn the water off. The light in the kitchen was having some kind of electrical problem. It shut off and on our whole stay. They said they would look into relocating us but the second day the property manager reached out and said there's nothing they could do other than paying us back in full an leave right away but We came to an agreement of some kind compensation. We had chose to stay beacuse we couldn't find anything else in that short of notice. As of now no compensation has been offterd. Stayed four nights July 6th-10th with no air & with two kids.
