Construction noise begins at 8:00am and ends at 5:00pm. Stunning renovation of the most coveted condo at the highly acclaimed Shores of Panama resort in Panama City Beach Florida. 723 will blow you away with all the details! Feel like you're in heaven in our luxurious condo \~million dollar views from east to west! Morning coffee is the best with the huge balcony! Condo 723 is located on the 7th floor at Shores of Panama. The space Bedroom accommodations are the best! We have a master bedrooms with king bed, luxurious linens, and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, with closet and plenty of storage. There is a private attached bathroom with tub/shower. The bunk bedroom has a door for privacy with custom built full/full bunks and brand new premium beds and bedding. There is a half bath in the hallway. The custom built spacious bunks allow this beauty to sleep 8\. Brand new comfortable patio lounge furniture! The views from the balcony are amazing! Guest access Condo 1427 is located on the 7th floor. $100 registration fee on-site for 2 parking permits and 8 property wristbands. (No more than 2 permits are granted) \*This condo is self-check-in but you will need to stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up your registration packet. The armbands give you access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers (2 and 4). We had a wonderful stay. The room was very nice and amazing location! We enjoyed the beautiful view each day, access to parking garage, beach, and pool! Pros: Very comfortable beds! All were large with comfortable bedding. Location is amazing! Room was pretty clean minus some sand (which is to be expected (I think). TVs in all rooms Nice amenities Decent amount of supplies to use in kitchen Cons (but hopeful criticism) While the kitchen had things to Use, we needed to buy extra cleaning supplies for our stay. We didn’t buy dish soap bc we forgot and felt things like this should be supplied so we could keep better care of the room during our stay. We just wanted to clean up more after ourselves. We bought toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, paper plates and plastic cups (because toddlers like a lot of snacks), trash bags, and Obviously food for our week stay. The rooms are nice, but a suggestion might be to put up a light blocking curtain over the existing blinds in the queen room and bunk room to help with the light that shines in through the window. Also, communication was great with the manager of the property, but we arrived at 7am (bc we drove through the night with toddlers). Early Check in is not guaranteed and check in is not until 4, and we did not get our room until exactly 4pm!
