Res. Parking! Notice: Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, it may be loud and disruptive. Construction noise begins at 8:00am and ends at 5:00pm. Shores of Panama 2026 is a 1 bedroom + bunk area, 2 bath condo located on the 20th floor of the Shores of Panama, in Panama City Beach. This condo has a sunset view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area. Back in the condo, you'll find plenty of seating for everyone in your group. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2\. Take a break here and plan your day, or relax and laugh at the memories created at the end of the day. We have included HDTV via DirecTV in the event you become tired at the beach. The dining area has bar seating for 3 as well as a table with seating for 4\. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal with our local fresh ingredients, we recommend the seafood. Just past the kitchen, you'll find the laundry closet with a large washer/dryer for your convenience. Next is the bunk bedroom which has a twin/twin bunk bed with a private bathroom featuring a stand-up shower. The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed with a closet and dresser. If you need to unwind, there is a TV for your enjoyment at the end of a long day on the beach. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. This unit does have a reserved parking space located on the 10th floor of the garage. You may only bring 1 vehicle for this unit. Additional vehicles will have to use the city pay-per-day parking lot nearby. Shores of Panama is in the heart of Panama City Beach with a Wal-Mart across the street and great shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away. There are several restaurants in the area, including Pineapple Willy's, Lorrie Morgan's Nashville Chicken, The Wharf (seafood buffet), and Juan Taco. It was nice having 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer which was much needed after coming in from the ocean or pool. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The view of the Gulf was amazing! The location is also great! We were right next to Pineapple Willys restaurant, which serves delicious food. Walmart was walking distance, (about 3 blocks away).. It takes less time to walk to Walmart if you are grabbing a few items than it is to drive there. For an inexpensive meal, I recommend Hungry Howies pizza with the butter cheese crust which is also walking distance (3 blocks away). The only minor downside is the wait for the elevators when it's busy and the time it takes to drive up and down 10 stories in the parking garage.
