Start and end your day on the oversized, wrap around balcony that overlooks the resort pool and the Gulf of Mexico beaches. You will want to get up early for this sunrise! This condo offers plenty of space for all of your guests and modern furnishings throughout. You will love cooking in this gourmet kitchen, with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again. This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. So it's really a three bedroom. Bathrooms were beautiful! Internet went in and out during movies etc. Only positive reviews here can't complain. Loved it ##### Annie M. Great communication by property management. We had a great stay but the unit could have been cleaner...needs a deep clean and had filth left from the previous renters when we arrived which was gross. Shores of Panama is a huge facility, it can take a while to get to your car or to the main floor, as well as navigating the garage itself. We did wish the unit had better lighting for the evenings, but that is just a nit. We miss the view and the beach already. ##### Steve S. My entire family genuinely enjoyed our stay in room 2003 of the Shores of Panama. The view was breathtaking, and the condominium was updated, comfortable, and the layout was perfect for us. That extra half bath really came in handy. We had a small issue with a showerhead, and the property management team resolved it on the same day. I will definitely stay here again. However, with that many rooms more elevators are needed. Wait time was 20 - 30 minutes. Wish we could buy a time share that’s how great of a time my family of 4 had here! The absolute best is the resort, having multiple pools, a restaurant/grille like food place, and tiki bar was very helpful for my daughter and I. We enjoy lounging by the pool more so than the beach so it gives you that option especially the grille was very convenient when she was hungry while swimming! Resort is very nice. The condo has a wrap around balcony that faces the pool and beach which is much better then the others that were either just facing pool or facing pineapple Willy’s parking lot. The best part was the sunset view on the 20th floor. Breathtaking. Very clean. No dressers or drawers for storage for clothes or anything tho that was the only small thing I felt like could be added bc it was hard stuffing it in what they provide. But that was a very small thing and I didn’t mind but the beds were hard and uncomfortable maybe updated furniture bedding and blankets. Would 100% recommend and would book every year if available!!!
