We were a little apprehensive about this property since it had no reviews and the owner was not an individual, but I'm happy to say our stay was without issues. The view from the balcony was perfect, just be prepared to push really hard to your right to get the door open, it is heavy! The two chairs were comfortable and it was very nice sitting out there enjoying the stars and waves. Overall, it was fairly clean, with maybe a Comfort Inn level quality. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and the living room furniture was adequate for my wife, teen, and me. The master bed was comfortable and the pillows were good as well. The mattresses on the bunk beds were squeaky and you could feel the coil springs, but our teen said he had no trouble sleeping in it:-). There is no door for the bunkbed room either, but again, it didn't bother him. The bathrooms were pretty clean and everything worked well and there were plenty of linens. There are no beach things, shovels, buckets, chairs or anything like that you find in some places, but you can rent chairs and even jet skis right there. The room is at the end of the hall and right across from a fast elevator, but we didn't hear any noise outside at all! It is maybe a 15 minute walk to the pier and mall. Make sure to do the pre-check in, I missed that in the docs and had to pay a fee on site. For the price, we will definitely stay here again!
