This was our second stay at this property and we had a wonderful time. Everything you need is available - you are within feet of the pool and a short walk to the beach. We loved every minute of it! The check in process was so smooth and Mark was so helpful. The condo felt just like home and they have thought of everything! Condo far exceeded my expectations. Great kitchen, great beds, great shower. It's a great location right by the biggest pool in the complex and it is also one of the closest properties to the beach. We loved our stay in this condo! Everything was modern and clean. We really liked the lagoon out back. We loved staying in the newer part of Gulf Highlands. The pool in this section is the best in the resort. It wasn’t a bad walk to the beach. Much closer than other places we’ve stayed in the resort. Our teenage son and his friend appreciated use of the 2 bicycles. The bowling alley was close enough to ride the bikes. This was our 3rd time staying at Gulf Highlands. The condo is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. Everything is upgraded and extremely clean. The back patio is a great place to sit, hang out and eat dinner. The owners are extremely nice and helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. Really short walk to the beach. We used th umbrella and chairs that were there and they were so nice! The beds were very comfortable. The showers had great pressure. 5 stars from us! We will be back!!! We’ve stayed in Gulf Highlands numerous times and this condo has by far been the best. ##### Laila T. It really does have even more than you expect from a beach rental, with some basic dishwashing and laundry supplies, and even non perishables in the pantry! There was a Keurig on the counter and a regular coffee maker in the pantry which we used, as well as filtered water from the fridge and an icemaker. Plus the beach chairs, wagon, and bikes were great to use during our stay. So nice having plenty of bathroom towels too. Backing up to the canal provided a relaxing way to end our evenings, and we were a quick 5 min walk across the little canal bridge and through the gated access point to cross the road right to the beach. The beach club house was closed for renovations, but it didn't impact us, and the beachside pool was still open (but we used the bigger pool by the condo instead). One of our favorite PCB restaurants, Saltwater Grille, was just on the other side of the complex which was a nice surprise, and Walmart was maybe a mile or two down the road, so very accessible. Would definitely recommend this rental for an amazing, clean, and affordable getaway! ##### Andrea W. Mark was an excellent, attentive, helpful host. It doesn't get better. Cozy, family-vibe place with absolutely everything you need. No issues whatsoever. My whole family enjoyed this space, had plenty of room, slept comfortably, and enjoyed the less than five minute walk to the beach. The area was wonderful, plenty to do or just chill. It was very up-to-date and had a lot of amenities! The master suite bed was very comfortable. my teenager loved the pull out sofa !It is just a five minute walk to the beach. The location is perfect, close to all the shops and Walmart conveniently. We felt safe at this property. Pools are great size and entire condo community is impeccably clean. Quick easy walk to the beach, with beach house pool on the way. This condo was a great size for our family (3 adults, 2 teens, 1 child) and could’ve easily accommodated more. Lots of amenities that lightened the load I had to pack: Beach cart, blow up rafts, beach chairs, and bikes. Well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need, upgraded appliances, lots of towels and extra linens and pillows, comfy beds, and surprisingly comfortable pull out single bed in master bedroom. Wish we could’ve spent the entire summer here! Hope to be able to return and stay here again. Owner was easy to reach and quick to reply to any/all questions. ##### Melissa R.
