  • Incredible location situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach. First floor condo that you can walk straight out to community pool, hot tub, or walk to the beach. Updated unit with a modern finish throughout and granite kitchen and bathroom countertops.

    Enjoy deeded beach access at the famous white sand beaches of the Florida panhandle. Walk or bike to all of the eclectic shops and restaurants throughout Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach.

    Incredibly versatile 1 bedroom studio condo that features a queen bed and twin bunkbeds just feet from the community pool and hot tub. This street level unit has easy access and is located just a short stroll to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach.

    Condo is located directly on 30a at the east entrance of Alys Beach in Seacrest Beach.
