You will receive a guidebook and contact info before arrival. This condo is located in West Panama City Beach, FL - Only 5 Min to Pier Park, 10 Min to Scenic 30A, Less Than a Mile to Winn Dixie, 18 Min to Airport, and Seafood is Directly Across the Street! Convenient to Shopping, Restaurants, Groceries, and Activities! 2 pools (one of which is heated seasonally), large hot tub, grill area, steam room, fitness center, and sauna! Host pays for one parking pass and 6 armbands which will be left on the counter in the condo. If guest has a 2nd vehicle, guest will pay the office staff $40.00 for an additional parking pass at the office on the 4th floor. Guest must park in the garage across from the building. There is a pedestrian bridge or crosswalk to access the parking garage. Security enforces use of the armbands as well as no drinks near the pools or hot tub. We would have given it a 10 if we could. Condo is spotless and has all the conveniences of home. Great for a family or friends vacation. The pool is the warmest in the winter months we have found. We have been coming to Panama for over 20 years. This has been our favorite. I love to spend time on the balcony - this one provides a larger view situated on the end of the building with great furniture and layout to enjoy your time outside. The "little things" are also covered. The owners didn't skimp on items like bathroom towels and other necessities. Chargers are situated on both sides of the master bed. The temperature and Roku TVs were easy to navigate. Beautifully renovated and decorated in light and airy colors. The balcony has amazing 180-degree views!! And the “extras” provided by the owner were such a nice addition…beach umbrella and lots of nice beach chairs, extra beach towels and so many more generous and thoughtful necessary beach items to use! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to eat in…even chip clips! Awesome! Lisa was very responsive to messages whenever we had questions or needs. You literally don’t need to bring anything except your clothes and some extra toiletries. The location is on the quieter west end of PCB and it’s very close to entertainment, shopping, and dining. The interior of this condo is uplifting and super clean. Don’t hesitate to book this one! ##### George G. ---
