Bare feet are recommended but fun and relaxation are mandatory! The primary renter MUST be at least 25 years old and occupy the property. Maximum occupancy is SIX. We have 1,146 square feet, 2 bedrooms, a king-sized bed in the main and a queen-sized in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 full private baths with Chair Height toilets which seniors may appreciate. We ask that our guests please consider removing their shoes once inside. Also there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Our unit is located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. The first five floors are used for garage parking. One of the best things about Ocean Reef is that covered parking is in the same building and is close to the high-speed elevators. At many condos you must park across the street and carry your bags to your condo. We encourage our cleaners to use sustainable products. We do NOT charge an extra amenity fee, reservation fee, or a Wi-Fi fee. Ocean Reef is a 162-unit, 23-floor property with five floors of private parking located in the same building. We are located at Panama City Beach's most sought-after west beaches. 330 feet of Private Beach Area. Panama City Beach has been named one of the top 3 beaches in the U.S. by TripAdvisor. Our 2-bedroom, Ocean Reef condo includes free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen in case you want to cook. We have high 10-foot ceilings and 8-foot doors. Only 5 of the upper floors have this type of floor plan. There are no extra charges other than what is included in the rate quote. There is a maximum occupancy of 6 people, per the state of Florida fire code. 3 high-speed elevators are just a few steps away from our Reserved Covered Beach Side Parking space. Extra parking is available across the street. Key less Entry! We provide an access door code for your convenience. Access will be at the tip of your fingers and there are no keys to misplace. Granite Countertops and Stainless-Steel Appliances. We offer both K-Cup and traditional drip coffee makers. This is a NO SMOKING including the balcony, breezeway, garage, etc. Please don't ask if you can smoke on the balcony. It is not permitted, and the Homeowners Association could take action against you and it would be out of my control. Ocean Reef is very strict about this. It is also a NO PET unit. We offer FREE high-speed wireless internet. We have the Largest Gulf-front Balconies on the Beach. You will love the 293 sq. ft. balcony. It is as large as some hotel rooms, with access to the living room and main bedroom. Lounging and dining furniture create an outdoor living area suitable for relaxation and a breathtaking view of the sunset. Portable beach chairs are provided in the condo for you to use. The Homeowners Association has security cameras located throughout the parking garage and the elevators. We are located at 14415 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32413 WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE OCEAN REEF? 1\. Both the indoor pool and the outdoor pool are heated. Our unit has 10-foot ceilings that are only available on the top 5 floors. Key less Entry. No 3rd party checks in/check out. Go straight to our unit. We are located right on the beach and there is a full view of the ocean from the master bedroom. Ocean Reef is all beachfront, 162 units, and located just moments away from the excitement and attractions that PCB. Ocean Reef is 1.5 miles away from Pier Park, PCB's newest entertainment destination with shops, restaurants, and movie theaters. It is only minutes from Golf and the Panama City Beach Recreational Complex. Sorry, trailers are not allowed to be parked here. We have ONE reserved parking space. Bringing more than one vehicle, especially in the busy season, will make it difficult to find parking. We don't offer beach service. We prefer to set up our own lightweight beach chairs closer to the ocean. 2\. Communication with the owner was flawless. Walking on the beach and viewing sunsets were incredible, with an expansive balcony. It is right in the heart of the city. The beach was nice and the condo was clean. I would love to stay here again. Pools and hot tub it a plus. ##### thomas s. We watched the sunset every evening. The condo was well stocked with lots of TP, garbage bags, paper towels and etc. The layout is great with plenty of room to move around. It was clean. The coffee maker was clean but grounds were left from the previous renters. This was a small thing and I would still definitely recommend this wonderful place. ##### Melinda H. Everything was exactly as described and expected! David was so quick to respond with any questions I had. We loved the location of the condo since we had two kids that wanted to play at the arcade and do putt putt and go carts. Mr. Johnson texted us the day of arrival, to make sure everything was to standard. Then he texted us the day of departure. I loved the view. The view was beautiful. We knew to the detail everything necessary for our stay. In our opinion the standard was excellent. The property was very nice also. The only upgrade we could notice needed was an up to date TV in the living room area. We had trouble using the attachments for TV/Movie viewing. My husband and I stayed here during our son’s senior spring break. He stayed somewhere else with friends but we were close enough to him in case he needed anything. The condo owners were very friendly, available anytime we had a question and gave us lots of information about great places to eat, etc. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and very nice not to mention the spectacular view from the 20th floor. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. ##### Heather S.
