Splash 103W is your dream beachfront getaway! First floor unit offers the ultimate coastal living with two bedrooms , two bathrooms, and a cozy bunk room ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
The spacious master offers a king size bed with its own sliding glass door to wake up to the emerald blue water view. The en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity with a walk in shower and soaking tub for your relaxation. The second bedroom offers a king size bed for guest with a spacious closet. The bunk area offers custom bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top decorated in nautical theme. Guests will appreciate the convenience of second bathroom with a tub shower combo.
One of the most convenient features of the unit is the washer/dryer allowing you to keep beach attire fresh and clean throughout your stay.
Walking into the living area feels like you are in the beach The large living area has a sofa bed accommodating those extra guest if needed in queen size. A new wood table accommodates 4 people with additional seating at the island.
The first floor unit offers a perfect blend of convenience and luxury for your beach front vacation. Splash offers a children's water park featuring the small slide and the giant bucket of water to splash on your head, or jump in the pool to cool off. A relaxing hot tub and lazy river for enjoyment. Additional fee at check in will need to be paid at the resort for parking and arm bands at the Welcome Center, that fee is $35 per vehicle.

I can’t say enough great things about this condo! It has everything you need, plenty of room, super clean and the hosts were friendly and responsive. I took my family to PCB for Mother’s Day and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be renting this condo again in the future!

Beautiful and really clean. This condo has all the attention to the details. Communication with the owner was exceptional! From giving us great recommendations on food to accommodating our personal needs she was fantastic! This condo is right on the beach and perfect for the whole family in all age categories. I Highly recommend this place! We will be back for sure!!

Had a wonderful stay, the location was great, starting March 1, the condo had 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas. The bed were very comfortable, the grandchildren loved the bunkbeds was a lot of room for the entire family, the owner has a lot of details for a vacation, kitchen supplies, beach towels, extra blankets, ECT, we will definitely be back next year

This property was fantastic!! It was perfect for my husband, our 2 year old, and my in-laws! The condo was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The location was ideal and we couldn’t have asked for better location on the beach. Having the chairs and umbrellas all k the beach were perfect! Steps to everything were outlined perfectly! We booked our stay at Splash because we thought the kids would enjoy the pools and the beach. We were right, except we didn't realize how much we would also enjoy everything! The condo was AMAZING! The beds were so comfortable and the entire place was spotless. Diana was great to communicate with as she checked in to see if we needed anything and to see how our stay was going. She also was able to give recommendations on local food and drinks. The four beach chairs was a HUGE perk so nice to have, we even made friends with the people who were sitting next to us. Overall, this condo/owner was great and hope to go back again.

check in was somewhat confusing parking rate was different than originally stated, $25 for two cars to $70 for two cars. found mold on bathroom faucet screens. would be nice to have a local tv station except for these few things it was a nice place to stay

The overall booking, registration and stay were very satisfactory. Only two complaints: the front door needs to have a higher door lock on the door. Our three year old could easily open the door and walk out and the bed in the second bedroom was very hard. My daughter, son-in-law and grandson all slept in the bunk room area just to get a good nights rest. The room was well cleaned annd nicely furnished. The cute towel animals and snacks on the counter were an added bonus. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and all necessary items in the kitchen including a Keurig dual coffee make which was super nice. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time visiting Panama City Beach and we loved it! We had two separate families and this rental was perfect. We loved how the space was separated with a bathroom, bunk area and bedroom down a hallway and the master bedroom off the living room. This unit felt spacious, decorated nicely and clean. The sleeping accommodations are very comfortable. We overpacked as some VRBO rentals only supply enough to get through a day, but this unit is well supplied with linens, kitchen items, paper products, cleaning products including dishwasher pods/ laundry pods and garbage bags to last the week. The pools were heated nicely and had plenty of chairs/loungers to use. The beach was beautiful white soft sand and easy access from condo. The chair rental was easy to use and a nice included bonus to this property. We really enjoyed our stay at this unit and at Splash!

The condo itself is so beautiful. The property manager, Diana is very helpful and available at all times. However, the elevators are the slowest I’ve ever seen. Luckily the condo is on the first floor because we used the steps the entire time. I do not recommend checking into the room before it’s cleaned. Overall, we loved the room but the resort is not so great. The room comes with beach chairs and claim to be first come first serve but they aren’t- there are three rows of chairs and because the room is assigned with 4 chairs, you’ll never get the front row unless you give the kid an extra $100. They do not keep the stairs to the beach cleaned- making it extremely slippery from the packed sand- six people fell the morning I did. I was told it happened several times bc the resort hadn’t cleaned them in days.

We were a little nervous booking a place with no reviews yet, BUT, this condo and host did not disappoint. So do not let that stop you!! The condo is huge, beautifully decorated, CLEAN, and well stocked. I brought items with me from home that I didn’t need, because it was already here! The host was super friendly throughout the booking process. We didn’t have any issues at all and didn’t have to contact her within our stay. My only suggestions are: a shower caddy/hooks in the master bathroom shower, and a few more washcloths in the bathrooms. Other than that, it was perfect (and those weren’t real issues). My kids loved bathing in the deep tub and eating meals at the large balcony table. The cold water bottles on the counter when we arrived was such a sweet touch. As for the resort, everything was awesome as usual, and to my surprise the pools were heated! That was a nice touch for a cool weathered week. Thank you soooo much for sharing your condo with us. We enjoyed every bit of our stay :-)

First time visiting PCB, my family wanted something “kid friendly” other than the beach. The splash pad was a hit for us! The view from the condo was breathtaking, the host was very fast at responding to questions and request, and sending recommendations on places to eat! Inside the condo was clean and beautiful! 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas were very nice, also.4 more chairs in the closet of the condo. We enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again!
