The Gulf-View Master Bedroom has its own access to the 33-foot balcony and overlooks the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The bright, spacious Living Room has a pull-out Queen size sofa, a large flat screen TV + DVD player and access to the extra large balcony. The bunk room is located in its own PRIVATE area - not in a hallway like many other beach condos. The unit sleeps 5, includes a WASHER & DRYER, has 2 full baths, and a fully-stocked kitchen. The MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, large chest of drawers and spacious closet. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to the balcony and a spectacular view of the emerald gulf coast. The private Master Bathroom is just a few steps away. The LIVING ROOM offers breathtaking views of the Gulf through nine-foot-high glass doors that lead to the balcony. This spacious room includes a sleeper sofa that folds out to a Queen-size bed. A 50' flat screen TV and DVD player lets you watch DVDs. The open and airy KITCHEN is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, blender, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and garbage disposal. It comes stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots and pans. Plus, a converted pantry gives you extra space for your groceries (a feature not available in all units). The granite top bar includes 3 bar stools and the nearby dining table seats an additional 3 people. The bunk bed is not in the hallway (like most units), but tucked away in its own cozy BUNK ROOM. The adult-sized beds have extra thick, comfy mattresses. The closet has a chest of drawers and extra blankets. It has quick access to the second bathroom, which also contains a stackable washer and dryer. The 30 foot BALCONY is the widest of any 1 BR at Tidewater. There are four comfortable outdoor chairs and two patio tables. The unit also includes FREE CABLE and WIFI INTERNET ACCESS. Located on the 22nd floor, the views are splendid on both sides. Street noise and loud music are minimized at this height. The unit is set back from the main hallway (more privacy) but near one of the lesser-used elevators. ABOUT TIDEWATER: This beautiful resort is right on the water and one of the newest high-rises in Panama City Beach. Tidewater's many amenities include 2 large outdoor pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, FREE movie theater and video game arcade. We absolutely loved our stay here. The communication with the property owners was easy and they were very quick to respond. The property is in a perfect location. It was close enough to pier park to enjoy the amenities but far enough away to avoid a lot of traffic. There is a grocery store close by for easy shopping and Thomas Donuts is also close. This property had the most stuff out of anywhere else I’ve stayed as far as home appliances and supplies. The beds are the most comfortable out of anywhere I’ve stayed. Room had sticky residue on dresser in master, hair all in master and guest bathrooms, shower in master did not drain, and ice maker also did not work. The elevator wait was the worst part of experience. Location and amenities were nice. Would not return due to elevator situation(wait, ventilation and noises made by elevator) ##### Brantey P. The property was perfect for our family and had enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the bunk bed area. It's right on the beach so it was super easy to come and go as we please plus the view from the super spacious balcony was fantastic. It's a short drive to Pier Park to walk the pier or eat/shop. The pools were great as were the amenities. We were able to wait out a Florida thunderstorm in the indoor pool and arcade. The only downside to the complex were the elevators. It was difficult to be able to catch one without having to wait 10 to 15 minutes to squeeze on one. The room was fully stocked with what we needed and anything we forgot, Walmart was a short drive away as well. The property owners were easily reached and quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend the property for a couples trip or small family! ##### Lauren F. The owners have a good set-up and their condo is clean, with a truly awesome view! It is also well equipped.So, the owners and their condo are on point. The resort however is old, treats people like cattle, has very low stanadards for employees, and is very run-down. It truly should not be called a resort. The beach is very nice as most are along the Emerald Coast. The resort is more for Spring Breaker types, and couples or groups with small children. It is however, cost effective, and very worth the price you pay. Your kiddos will love it. Good location for Panama City activities. ##### Geoffrey G. This condo was everything it promised to be. Very clean, comfortable furniture and bed and the view was amazing. There is a side elevator just outside the door that made coming and going so easy. There was a power outage and the AC didn't work after that, so I messaged the owner and he responded right away about how to fix it and told us about 2 box fans under the bed that really helped out. The bedroom is warmer than the living room, so the box fan was nice to have! The ice maker did not work, there were 2 ice trays but that did make having ice for our beach cooler more difficult. The ice machine at the Tidewater was out of order. Overall, a great place and I would highly recommend it! ##### Shanda L. I have never had such great communication with hosts though any trip as I did with Ted and Allison. They were wonderful! There was some unpredictable weather that caused a poeer outage and they made sure to check on us and walk me through any questions or concerns I had. I felt like they were right there with me. The host was excellent. Easy to contact and very accommodating to any questions or issues we had. The only thing that kept us from giving all 5 stars is the building. We had waits for elevators of up to 30 minutes, got stuck in an elevator on three different occasions. If it wasn’t for that, we would stay here again. ##### Scott P. Loved the beach chairs and kids pool toys we could use.There are tall barstools on the balcony, you need to keep an extra eye if you have small kids.There was no extra toilet paper left in the unit, we had to buy some. ##### Vera S.
