The Gulf-View Master Bedroom and living room have direct access to the private 33-foot balcony, which overlooks the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit sleeps 5, has 2 full baths, a fully-stocked kitchen, extra linens, and a WASHER & DRYER. The MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV with DVD player, large chest of drawers, and spacious closet. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer spectacular views of the emerald Gulf Coast (you don't even have to get out of bed!) and open up directly to the 33-foot private balcony. The private Master Bathroom has plenty of drawer and cabinet space. The LIVING ROOM offers breathtaking views of the Gulf through nine-foot-high floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead to the private balcony. This comfortable, spacious room includes a SLEEPER SOFA that folds out to a Queen-size bed that sleeps two, a love seat, and a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player. The open and airy KITCHEN is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, blender, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and garbage disposal. It comes stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, and pans. Plus, a converted pantry gives you extra space for your groceries (a feature not offered in all units). The granite top bar includes 3 bar stools, and the dining table plus chairs seat an additional 3 people. The PRIVATE BUNK ROOM is tucked away in its own cozy space - not placed in an open hallway. The adult-sized beds have extra-thick, comfy mattresses. The closet has a chest of drawers and extra blankets. It has direct access to the second FULL BATHROOM, which also contains a stackable WASHER and DRYER. The private 33-foot BALCONY is the longest of any one-bedroom at Tidewater and is accessible from the living room AND master bedroom. On the balcony are two high-top tables, four comfortable chairs, and a lounge chair with side table. Located on the 22nd floor, this unit is set back from the main hallway and road, so you don't hear street or pedestrian noise, which is unique compared to most other 1 bed/2 bath floor plans. There were beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit as well as beach toys for kids. The bunk room was separated from living space, which was really nice. Comprehensive check-in instructions and rules were shared in advance. Found the condo to be very clean, comfortably decorated, and as depicted in the photos. View from the balcony was gorgeous, great floorplan, and property was situated in a good location. Owners were responsive. The only thing I would note is that while checkout is at 10, the doorcode stopped working at 9:30\. Fortunately, one of us was still inside because that could have made checkout tedious and untimely. Overall, the description and reviews were accurate; it was a great value, and we would certainly stay again.. ##### Angela T. We absolutely loved our stay here. The communication with the property owners was easy and they were very quick to respond. The property is in a perfect location. It was close enough to pier park to enjoy the amenities but far enough away to avoid a lot of traffic. There is a grocery store close by for easy shopping and Thomas Donuts is also close. This property had the most stuff out of anywhere else I’ve stayed as far as home appliances and supplies. The beds are the most comfortable out of anywhere I’ve stayed. The elevators are a BREEZE compared to other places we’ve stayed. The longest we ever waited was 5 minutes. We absolutely loved our stay here and plan to be repeat visitors! ##### Shelby Z. Room had sticky residue on dresser in master, hair all in master and guest bathrooms, shower in master did not drain, and ice maker also did not work. The owners have a good set-up and their condo is clean, with a truly awesome view! It is also well equipped.So, the owners and their condo are on point. The resort however is old, treats people like cattle, has very low stanadards for employees, and is very run-down. It truly should not be called a resort. The beach is very nice as most are along the Emerald Coast. The resort is more for Spring Breaker types, and couples or groups with small children. It is however, cost effective, and very worth the price you pay. Your kiddos will love it. Good location for Panama City activities. ##### Geoffrey G. The property was perfect for our family and had enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the bunk bed area. It's right on the beach so it was super easy to come and go as we please plus the view from the super spacious balcony was fantastic. It's a short drive to Pier Park to walk the pier or eat/shop. The pools were great as were the amenities. We were able to wait out a Florida thunderstorm in the indoor pool and arcade. The only downside to the complex were the elevators. It was difficult to be able to catch one without having to wait 10 to 15 minutes to squeeze on one. The room was fully stocked with what we needed and anything we forgot, Walmart was a short drive away as well. The property owners were easily reached and quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend the property for a couples trip or small family! ##### Lauren F. This condo was everything it promised to be. Very clean, comfortable furniture and bed and the view was amazing. There is a side elevator just outside the door that made coming and going so easy. There was a power outage and the AC didn't work after that, so I messaged the owner and he responded right away about how to fix it and told us about 2 box fans under the bed that really helped out. The bedroom is warmer than the living room, so the box fan was nice to have! The ice maker did not work, there were 2 ice trays but that did make having ice for our beach cooler more difficult. The ice machine at the Tidewater was out of order. Overall, a great place and I would highly recommend it! ##### Shanda L. I have never had such great communication with hosts though any trip as I did with Ted and Allison. They were wonderful! There was some unpredictable weather that caused a poeer outage and they made sure to check on us and walk me through any questions or concerns I had. I felt like they were right there with me.
