First Floor
The first floor offers a comfortable layout that works well for families and groups. The master bedroom features a king bed, private balcony access, and a spa-like bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower.
Also located on the first floor is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a bunk room with a sleeper sofa, and the laundry room for added convenience during your stay.
Second Floor Living Area
Head upstairs to the bright, open living and kitchen area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and provides everything you need to prepare meals, snacks, or beach-day refreshments.
The open floor plan makes it easy for everyone to gather, whether you are enjoying a family dinner, relaxing after a day at the beach, or watching a movie in the living room. All bedrooms and the living room include flat screen smart TVs.
Outdoor Space

Tranquil Shores & 30A Location
Tranquil Shores is a quiet cul-de-sac community located in Seacrest, backing up to Camp Creek Golf Course. This small neighborhood includes only six charming cottage-style homes that share deeded beach access with a private walkover and a private community swimming pool.
You will be close to the shops, dining, and attractions of Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Rosemary Beach to the east, as well as The Hub and Seaside to the west. With easy access to 30A, you can also explore nearby destinations, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment throughout the area.

This property features clean, sanitized sheets and towels professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to provide freshly cleaned linens for your stay.
Our housekeeping team also uses effective disinfecting techniques to help ensure the property is clean, comfortable, and ready for your arrival.
Important Rental Information
• Rentals book weekend to weekend from the last week in May through the first week in August.
• We offer 5-night rentals from the first week of March through the last week in April.
• During the 5-night rental season, check-in or check-out must fall on Saturday or Sunday.
• Winter stays may accommodate longer rentals, but please inquire with Reservations for requirements and rates.
• For shorter stay requests during restricted seasons, please submit an inquiry.
• We accept a maximum of 2-week rentals from March through November.
• For special requests, please contact Reservations directly.
• Renter must be at least 25 years old.
